Principle river of western Montana, the Clark Fork is broad and deep in its lower stretches, in places squeezed between heavily forested mountainsides, in others winding through open, dry valleys. You will experience the best the river has to offer the canoeist and have the opportunity to soak in a developed hot springs! All trips finish with a driving tour of the National Bison Range, where we often see elk, bighorn sheep, and antelope as well as bison.
This year we offer a 4-day, 3-night , point to point camping trip. We'll run or portage the Cascade Rapids and Weeksville Rapids (class II-III).
